Oluwatosin Rebecca Folagbade is a lecturer in the department of Business Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. She obtained her LL. B degree and B.L Certificate from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria and the Nigerian Law School Abuja, respectively. Thereafter, she proceeded to the University of Ibadan for her LL. M degree. Her areas of interests cover Cross Border E-commerce, Labour Law, Taxation, Banking and Financial Institutions and Arbitration.Oluwatosin R. Folagbade is a member of some notable Associations and Societies including the Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Association of Law Teachers and the Federation of International Women Lawyers.
