Past Project
In 2023, the Department launched a journal known as “Journal of Business and Corporate Law”. The department has published well-reviewed research articles on various aspects of business and corporate law as the title of the journal suggests.
The department has a culture of unifying town and gown by inviting senior staff from Kwara State Inland Revenue Services (KWIRS) and Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) to share practical experience from the field with our revenue law students annually. We have also been involved in the KWIRS “Catch them Young programme” for Secondary School pupils on Tax appreciation.
