Anthonia Omosefe Ugowe, Ph.D. is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Business Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. She is a board member of Unilorin GGMax Poultry Farm and sits on its Development Committee. She has completed her tenure as the Coordinator of the Common Law postgraduate studies. She has also served in the capacity of the level adviser to the 2019/2020 final year students and has served on other departmental, faculty, board representatives, and the university’s committees.
Her research interests and publications are in the fields of corporate governance, company law, commercial/business law, public governance, intellectual property, law of insurance, and commercial arbitration.
She has supervised many undergraduate and postgraduate projects. She is currently co-supervising a Ph.D. thesis and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate theses in her sole capacity.
Anthonia Omosefe Ugowe, Ph.D. is a Barrister and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with over 16 years of post-call experience.
